Ingrid J. Mode, owner of Rapid-O Tax & Interpretation Services, Inc. has over 20 years of experience in accounting and tax preparation.  Her expertise in payroll management, bookkeeping, personal income tax, sales tax, employment tax and Spanish interpretation have equipped her to provide you with the best service available.  Ingrid grew up in Easley, South Carolina and holds an Associate Degree in Business from Greenville Technical College.  Ingrid is a Notary Public in the State of South Carolina.

Derek Smith has vast experience in income tax preparation and has been providing services to clientele since 2000. Derek has prepared several thousand income tax returns over the past ten years. He is committed to providing the best services available to current clients at Rapid-O and those yet to arrive. Derek is also a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Gloria Smith has more than 12 years experience in multiple areas of services offered here at Rapid-O. Her expertise involves skills relating to Spanish interpretation and translation, payroll, and personal income tax preparation. She has been a Rapid-O staff member since 2004. Gloria is also a Notary Public in the State of South Carolina.

Tina Capps has more than 15 years experience in bookkeeping, accounting and auditing. She has been on
staff with Rapid-O since 2004, providing bookkeeping services to valued Rapid-O clients. Tina holds a
Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from Clemson University.

Susan Harmon is the newest member of our staff, but comes with more than 30 years of experience in the business world.  She is responsible for payroll management and marketing at Rapid-O.  Susan returned to the work force after being a stay-at-home Mom to her greatest accomplishments---Andrew, Matthew & Ben.  Susan holds an Associate degree in Business Administration from North Greenville University and is a Notary Public in the State of South Carolina.
